Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams
- Understand business goals and translate them into technology initiatives
- Drive demand management, prioritization, and solution alignment
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of IT projects
- Monitor performance and ensure IT services meet business expectations
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and vendor coordination
What We re Looking For:
- Strong experience in IT Business Relationship Management / IT Consulting
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders & leadership teams
- Solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and project delivery
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in enterprise environments (Fortune 500 / large-scale IT)
- Background in specific domains (Healthcare, Finance, Retail, etc.)
