Receptionist, Property Management, ROOM TO GROW!

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting incoming guests or tenants
• Scheduling conference rooms
• Maintaining employee workstations
• Ordering office supplies
• Dispatching maintenance for tenant requests
• Communicating with vendors and contractors
• Coordinating parking permits and employee badges
• Scheduling meetings for Manager
• Coordinating tenant appreciation days/events
• Preparing correspondence and reports for Manager
• Resolving customer/tenant questions or concerns

Required Skills:

• Intermediate MS Office skills
• 2 year of office experience
