Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with ownership regularly
- Strong understanding of working with cash and accrual systems of accounting
- Working through new CapEx and TI projects
- Mentoring support staff of two
- Preparing annual budgets
- Generating Annual CAM reconciliations
- Determining Long-term major repair plans
- Creating and managing Monthly budget variance reports
- Monitoring expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and recovery
- Overseeing maintenance and determining property maintenance timelines
- Selecting and managing vendors
- Conducting formal site inspections for compliance
- Managing various property projects
- Interfacing with new tenants
- Managing leasing administration
- Preparing ownership reporting
Qualifications:
- 2 years' Property Manager experience ideal
- Strong people and development/mentorship skills
- BA or BS highly desired
- CA Real Estate License required
- Yardi or MRI experience
- Strong financial knowledge/experience
- MS Office - intermediate to advanced
