We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Property Leasing professional for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Oceanside, CA. You will oversee daily property operations, support leasing activities, manage resident relations, and handle administrative and financial tasks to help maintain high occupancy and revenue standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing operations and resolve resident concerns.
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents.
- Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
- Monitor occupancy rates and support revenue strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software.
Requirements:
- Property management or leasing experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and computer proficient.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Must pass a clean background check.
