Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system such as restaurant manager asensuring quick and efficient processing
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs or requests

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.

Expected hours: 18.0 – 35.0 per week
