Toro Motors Inc. is seeking a motivated and driven Operations Manager / Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
Position Details
- Minimum of 20 hours per week
- Commission-based pay with excellent earning potential through vehicle sales
- Flexible scheduling opportunities
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain professional communication with customers in person, by phone, and online
- Help manage inventory listings and vehicle marketing
- Support daily dealership operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure customers receive an outstanding buying experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Valid PA Drivers license
- Basic computer and social media knowledge preferred
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to obtain vehicle salesperson license in PA
