Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support the execution of client campaigns and internal sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is looking to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and sales campaigns
• Coordinate daily team objectives, timelines, and performance tracking
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure goals and KPIs are met
• Communicate updates and results with leadership and team members
• Support onboarding and training of new hires
• Maintain organized reporting systems for campaign performance
• Contribute to overall team efficiency and growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or project coordination (internships accepted)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a competitive, driven mindset
• Interest in leadership and long-term career growth
