Toro Marketing Group is a fast-growing sales and marketing firm based in Dallas, specializing in customer acquisition and brand growth through personalized, results-driven strategies. We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Consultant to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience working on real client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for client accounts
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support campaign strategy
• Support the development of marketing materials and presentations
• Track campaign performance and help prepare reports and insights
• Collaborate with team members to deliver results for clients
• Maintain organized client and campaign documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Nice to Have:

• Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, sales, or consulting
• Interest in campaign strategy, brand development, and client relations
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms is a plus
