Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep -- Dallas, Texas

Toro Marketing Group is hiring a Sales Representative to join our Dallas team.

This is a business-to-business opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop professionally, and is comfortable spending their day communicating directly with business owners and decision-makers.

In this role, you’ll work within an assigned territory, representing nationally recognized brands, including T-Mobile and Chime. Your focus will be developing new business relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping connect businesses with relevant products and services.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. Our training and mentorship program focuses on developing the communication, consulting, customer acquisition, and relationship-building skills necessary to succeed in the role.

Develop New Business. Work within an assigned territory to identify prospective business customers, speak with decision-makers, and create new opportunities.

Work Directly with Business Owners. Have conversations with small and mid-sized businesses, learn about their current needs, and determine whether the solutions you represent are a good fit.

Build Your Communication & Consulting Skills. Learn how to ask effective questions, listen, present information clearly, handle objections, and confidently communicate with professionals.

Represent Recognized Brands. Support customer acquisition campaigns for established national clients while maintaining a professional standard of brand representation.

Manage Your Territory. Organize your daily activity, follow up with prospective customers, maintain relationships, and work toward individual and team performance goals.

Collaborate with Your Team. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings while learning from experienced members of the organization.

Strong Communicator. You’re comfortable starting conversations, asking questions, listening, and communicating ideas clearly.

Coachable. You can receive feedback, apply it, and continue improving your approach.

Self-Motivated. You understand that outside sales comes with both wins and rejection, and you’re willing to remain consistent through both.

Team-Oriented. You enjoy being around motivated people and can work toward your own goals while contributing to a team environment.

Problem Solver. You’re willing to understand a customer's situation rather than simply giving the same presentation to everyone.

A college degree is welcomed but not required.

Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds. Previous experience or internships in areas such as sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, athletics, wireless, or business development can translate well into this position.
