● On site office-based position in Frankfort, Indiana with a payment incentive plan that’s based off a base hourly pay, gross profit % per job, review bonuses, trade count & contract amount for each sale.

● The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting potential customers' property, writing estimates, following up leads to close sales & collecting final payments. Our company handles insurance work for storm related damage & retail sales for roofing, siding & gutters, blown-in attic insulation, as well as other additional services.

● We are a trusted local business with a great reputation in our community. Our leads are primarily call-ins & referral driven. We are currently exploring door knocking, cold calling & will soon be mandatory.

● This position does not have any project management responsibilities. Once a customer has an agreed estimate for a job, the file is handed off to the operations team for coordination and then back to you to collect final payment. If mistakes can be identified, operations will review the estimate with you to continue improvement.

● With an acceptable driving record, a company truck will be provided to use during the work day.

Responsibilities:

● Analyze & generate leads, plan routes for inspections & estimates.

● Inspect customers’ property to acquire necessary information for estimating or inspection reporting.

● Create estimates for customers using Acculynx & Hover software. Previous experience with this system is a plus.

● Following up with new prospects & close sales/invoices.

● This position requires the physical ability & experience of using ladders to inspect roofs. Accessing steep or two-story roofs is sometimes required.

Qualifications:

● 1-2 years minimum experience providing inspections & estimating roofing, siding & gutters, insurance claims, increasing sales & providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience using a ladder to access & inspect roofs is required.

● Ability to read, write & do basic math calculations related to the estimating process. Proficiency in estimating software or the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Compensation:

● This position offers hourly W-2 pay plus four separate commission streams, providing multiple ways to increase & maximize your total earnings

● With a projected annual sales volume of $1,250,000 , top performers can earn $70,000 to $100,000 annually (Base Commission), with uncapped income potential driven by your sales performance

● A typical work week is 40 hours. Business hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Customer demand may require additional hours for availability for both decision makers to be present, if needed & required due to business needs.

● Paid major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day

● Working on other major holidays is not required, but other holidays will be unpaid. During busy times of the year, voluntary overtime may be available but is not required. Overtime availability will be determined by management depending on business needs. Any hours worked over 40 hours will be paid as overtime pay at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
