JOB OVERVIEW:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates with the Senior Management to align Business Unit practices with the goals and strategy related to people, engagement, recruiting, and retention.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends in employee performance and retention
- Manages and resolves moderately complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations and mediation.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Conducts employee orientations and implements organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual manager coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hybrid - Must be able to work near Deerfield Beach, FL. Flexible work schedule. In-Person, as needed to perform job responsibilities. 20 Hours/Week In-Office Minimum Expectation.
- Must have active certification either PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or appropriate equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years of human resources experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a Must!
