Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our EHS programs. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Lead employee training programs on safety practices and environmental awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to EHS performance and compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and emergency response coordination.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and foster a safety-first culture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in safety (e.g., CSP, CIH) is a plus.
Salary : $65,000 - $115,000
