About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Division's financial planning, reporting, accounting, budgeting, and financial controls. Working closely with the Division Controller, this role prepares financial analyses, oversees month-end close activities, maintains budgets, performs reconciliations, and ensures compliance with company accounting policies. The position also collaborates with land development teams, supports audits, and contributes to annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- 3–5 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
- Experience in homebuilding, land development, or construction industry preferred.
- Knowledge of construction cost accounting.
- Experience with financial and accounting software.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with job-cost accounting systems.
- Experience with production homebuilders or land developers is preferred.
- Good credit standing.
