About the Role
The Remote Data Entry – Product Support role involves participating in product testing projects, documenting product usage, completing research activities, and providing detailed feedback. Responsibilities
- Product Testing & Evaluation
- Participate in assigned product testing projects from home.
- Follow detailed testing schedules and project instructions.
- Evaluate products based on usability, functionality, and overall experience.
- Use products responsibly throughout the testing period.
- Data Entry & Documentation
- Record observations accurately using journals, questionnaires, or digital reporting tools.
- Complete required documentation, including written feedback and survey responses.
- Upload requested screenshots, photos, videos, or audio recordings when required.
- Maintain accurate and organized records throughout each project.
- Customer Feedback & Research
- Provide honest and detailed product reviews.
- Participate in online discussions or research panels when requested.
- Share insights that help improve product development and customer experience.
- Complete feedback activities within established project deadlines.
- Compliance & Communication
- Follow all project guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
- Communicate professionally with project coordinators when needed.
- Maintain reliable participation throughout assigned testing schedules.
- Ensure submitted information is accurate and complete.
Qualifications
- Required
