- Payroll Processing
- The bi-weekly payroll is processed with exceptional accuracy and remarkable precision. The strong relationships you’ve cultivated with our partners at ADP ensure payroll runs are smooth, compliant and predictable.
- Team member PTO balances and benefit accruals are spotless because you’ve established reliable audit routines to ensure accurate calculations of benefit deductions, time off, parental leave and final pays.
- Supporting ad hoc requests for unemployment claims, employment verifications, quarterly and year-end payroll tax reviews and report submissions is part of your regular rhythm.
- Off-cycle payrolls are rare under your oversight, but when they arise, you handle them promptly and skillfully – then take proactive steps to prevent future discrepancies.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- You ensured accurate HRIS setup for new hires at Torani and support team members with updates to personal and payroll-related information, always with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Time clock enrollment for team members is prompt and access is maintained without disruption, ensuring consistent operation timely updates and clear guidance for new team members on timekeeping best practices.
- You leveraged ADP/Workforce Now (and Excel!) to generate, customize, and analyze payroll and labor data – using tools like pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas to uncover insights and support audit checks.
- Your keen eye for data integrity ensures that all payroll data aligns with established processes and compliance requirements.
- Team Member Support
- Your approachable, service-oriented style has built confidence and trust among team members. The proactive communication you provided resolves payroll inquiries, ensures accuracy and understanding.
- The personable communication and strong partnerships with People leaders you have keeps things running smoothly. When reviewing timecards and pay codes you validate accuracy of the hours worked – including shift differentials and premium pay – and ensure they are recorded correctly every pay period.
- You Make Work More Fun: Whether it’s your attitude, humor, or energy – you bring a little extra brightness to every day.
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably with an HRIS or Payroll team with exposure to both salaried and hourly team members. Multi state a plus.
- Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas and data analysis).
