What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Warehouse Operations position at Torani (R. Torre & Co.)?
At Torani, flavor is our passion but it’s our people who bring that passion to life. We’re entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of our state-of-the-art, 300,000-square-foot distribution center, designed to power the next wave of growth for our business. As we double in size and prepare for the buildout of a second manufacturing and distribution facility on the East Coast, we need a seasoned, people-first warehouse leader to guide us forward.
This is a high-impact, senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. We’re looking for a leader of leaders, someone who can energize and develop a large and growing team, drive operational excellence, and help shape a scalable, future-ready distribution network. You’ll lead with heart, make smart decisions with a system-wide view, and coach others to do the same. You’ll bring curiosity and capability to our WMS transformation, identify ways to leverage and enhance our tools, and serve as a collaborative cross functional partner, always keeping the customer in view.
Why You’ll Love Working at Torani: At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks - we flavor lives. As a proud Certified B Corporation, we’re committed to using business as a force for good. You’ll be part of a team that leads with heart, lifts each other up, and works together to build something bigger. We’re growing fast, and we want people who grow with us, people who lead with purpose, learn with curiosity, and love what they do.

- Talent Strategy & Team Development: You’ve built a high-performing, empowered leadership team that operates with clarity, consistency, and care. You’ve created opportunities for your managers to grow their capabilities, stretch into new challenges, and contribute to bigger-picture thinking. You’ve embedded a people-development mindset throughout the operation, coaching your leaders to coach others and helping them build stronger teams of their own. You’ve modeled inclusive leadership, celebrated wins (big and small), and embraced the kind of culture that makes people want to grow with us.
- Strategic Planning: You’ve played an integral role in developing our 5-year distribution strategy in partnership with cross-functional leaders. You’ve used our transition into our new facility and the implementation of our WMS as opportunities to evolve how we work, empowering your team to spot and solve problems, improve safety, and find smarter ways forward.
- Technology Vision & WMS Evolution: You’re our warehouse systems visionary. You’ve collaborated to optimize our WMS capabilities, identifying gaps, and laying out a roadmap for enhancements and integrations. You’ve ensured the technology serves the team and our customers.
- Safety, Quality, and Responsibility: You’ve embedded safety as a shared value across the warehouse, not a compliance checklist. You’ve partnered with our EHS team to implement robust programs that protect our people and products. Every decision you make reflects our commitment to delivering safely, sustainably, and responsibly.
- And Yes - You Make It Fun: You bring energy, optimism, and a sense of shared purpose to the team. You celebrate progress, lift others up, and remind people why this work matters.
