- Operations Champion: You established the standards for a new day-to-day operation while launching the sauce line, giving your team clear direction from the start. Through strong shift transitions, consistent communication, and a visible floor presence, you kept production running smoothly and efficiently. Partnering closely with Quality and Maintenance, you ensured equipment reliability, minimized downtime, and maintained the highest standards for safety, sanitation, and product quality, while keeping schedules and reporting accurate and on track.
- Safety First: You created a safe and positive work environment by modeling safe practices and achieving zero safety incidents. Team members were empowered to report hazards and suggest solutions without fear, while regular safety trainings kept awareness high. As you launched the new sauce line with an all-new team and production tasks, you partnered closely with the HSE officer, Quality, and Maintenance to address issues quickly and sustainably. By celebrating safety wins and reinforcing positive behaviors, you built a culture where safety, food quality, and team well-being always came first.

- 3 years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment, including leadership experience
- Experience with continuous improvement tools and/or methodologies. (i.e.: 6 Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen or other lean manufacturing techniques)
- Better Process Control School (BPCS)
- Experience operating thermal processing equipment and pasteurize preferred
- Experience working with large ERP System (i.e., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics
- Monday – Friday, 1st Shift, 5:00 am – 1:00 pm, plus overtime as needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
Salary : $98,000 - $120,000
