Senior Analyst, Deployment

As our Senior Deployment Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse and distribution operations deliver reliable, efficient, and people-first service. You’ll connect the dots between what was planned and what was delivered, uncovering the “why” behind service gaps and using data to drive actionable solutions. In close partnership with Warehouse Operations, Co-manufacturing, 3PL Inventory Management, Transportation, Customer Service, Sales, and Planning, you’ll help reduce delivery delays, improve accuracy, and elevate service for our customers, while making it easier for frontline teams to succeed through strong execution of our planning strategy.

In this role, you’ll analyze and execute replenishment plans generated by our planning tool, Arkieva, and collaborate with the Planning team when anomalies arise. You’ll ensure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time—supporting seamless supply to our customers, whether product is made at our facility or through our co-manufacturing partners. You are crazy about analytics and inventory optimization mindset and ability to compile and analyze large sets of data. Your ability to leverage this data and create strong partnerships enables you to anticipate and prevent inventory outages. Your work is the foundation on which we build our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Casefill and Perfect Order.

Success Factors (First 12–18 Months)

• Replenishment Analysis and Execution: Utilizing the planning system’s recommendations, you analyze and execute Torani’s replenishment plan. You identify exceptions between the plan and input variability. Your collaborative approach enables you to synchronize our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse needs with our in-house needs and deploy ideal inventory levels that result in optimal inventory for each DC.
• Finished Goods Transfers Expert: When there are questions about our inventory movements — you have the answer. You gather the intel needed to ensure our transfer plan is on target before any potential service level impacts. When a concern arises, you ask the right people, at the right time, with the right level of urgency, and stay one step ahead of any risks and challenges.
• Co-Manufacturing Deployment: Capitalizing on your knowledge of in-transit inventory, you analyze and execute the plan which results in co-manufacturing loads being shipped across our network heading to the right warehouse. You will collaborate with the Manufacturing PO Specialist to execute the inbound shipments from our co-manufacturers, while also considering estimated shipping times, and current inventory levels, you make a positive impact on our in-stock KPIs.
• Performance Reporting Sage: You compile data points into a replenishment dashboard that provides visibility on the status adherence-to-schedule, and delivery commitments. The information you provide is actionable and supports our continued growth. Your understanding of Torani’s network of warehouses, co-manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers helps you to evaluate performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: You’ve become a trusted partner across Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Sales, Customer Service, Co-manufacturing partners and Planning. You will be the spokesperson in Weekly Risk meetings to ensure everyone, whether they’re solving a late delivery, managing a customer escalation, or planning tomorrow’s load plan, has the right information at the right time. Your proactive communication, follow-through, and ability to anticipate the downstream impact of operational decisions have helped reduce confusion, increase alignment, and build stronger partnerships across the business.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, planning or supply chain analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig into data, spot patterns, and translate insights into practical, actionable solutions
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Planning tools, and/or ERP platforms
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Experience in using models to optimize decision making between demand, supply, and operations
  
  

Salary Range: $115,000 - $128,000
