Supervisor, Production - Sauce, 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on Torani’s sauce production line and build a high-performance team and set the foundation for long-term shared success. You’re skilled at adapting to new challenges, refining processes, and encouraging your team to embrace better ways of working.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how the sauce line operates, build new processes and a new team in partnership with the Sauce Manager. You’ll establish the standards for daily work, provide guidance and coaching to a newly formed team, and ensure alignment with Torani’s food safety, quality, and performance expectations. Success Factors (First 12–24 Months)

• Operations Champion: You established the standards for a new day-to-day operation while launching the sauce line, giving your team clear direction from the start. Through strong shift transitions, consistent communication, and a visible floor presence, you kept production running smoothly and efficiently. Partnering closely with Quality and Maintenance, you ensured equipment reliability, minimized downtime, and maintained the highest standards for safety, sanitation, and product quality, while keeping schedules and reporting accurate and on track.
• Safety First: You created a safe and positive work environment by modeling safe practices and achieving zero safety incidents. Team members were empowered to report hazards and suggest solutions without fear, while regular safety trainings kept awareness high. As you launched the new sauce line with an all-new team and production tasks, you partnered closely with the HSE officer, Quality, and Maintenance to address issues quickly and sustainably. By celebrating safety wins and reinforcing positive behaviors, you built a culture where safety, food quality, and team well-being always came first.
• Collaboration Catalyst: You worked closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations to launch the sauce line and keep production running smoothly. By seeking input and valuing different perspectives, you built trust with your peers and helped resolve issues quickly. Your positive attitude and recognition of team contributions made collaboration enjoyable and kept morale high, ensuring daily priorities and initiatives moved forward with alignment, speed and teamwork.

KPIs and efficiency measures became tools for learning and progress, not just reporting. As business needs evolved, you guided your team through change with resilience and openness, helping them adapt quickly while keeping focus on safety, quality, and performance. This foundation positioned the sauce line for ongoing improvement and long-term success.

What You’ll Bring

• 3 years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment, including leadership experience
• Experience with continuous improvement tools and/or methodologies. (i.e.: 6 Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen or other lean manufacturing techniques)
• Better Process Control School (BPCS)
• Experience operating thermal processing equipment and pasteurize preferred
• Experience working with large ERP System (i.e., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Able to safely work around food products, which may include common allergens such as dairy
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics
• Monday – Friday, 1st Shift, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm, plus overtime as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
  
  

Salary Range: $98,651 - $109,612
