Torani is seeking a Manager of Strategic Accounts to support and grow relationships with our Key Growth Partners while identifying and cultivating new strategic partnerships. As we expand our presence with current and future regional and national chains, we need a passionate leader to advocate for the brand, create shared success with our customers, and develop new business with targeted foodservice operators. With your dynamic personality, business development experience and industry connections, you are both strategic and creative about how you plan and execute your business, setting both Torani and our customers up for long-term success.

Success Factors (First 12–24 Months)

  • Operator Champion: With your experience managing Foodservice Chain Accounts and your ability to strengthen strategic partnerships, you are elevating and growing the business with a portfolio of some of our fastest growing and most strategic Foodservice customers. You fully understand their business needs and consistently add value to the customer. Through partnership with the customer and internal cross-functional teams, you are providing accurate and timely sales forecasts, articulating and prioritizing the most impactful offerings, including custom fit solutions and services to bring to market. By maintaining and developing focused customer relations through frequent contact and business reviews, you are delivering the value of Torani products and our support. As a result, your operators are highly engaged, and satisfaction levels are at an all-time high.
  • Foodservice Operator Strategist & Collaborator: Your research and understanding of strategic customer insights and goals enables you to develop and execute operator-specific sales strategies to consistently add value and expand our mutual business. You help develop and drive the implementation of go-to-market customer strategies that increase the number of loyal chain and strategic operator customers. You are an excellent project manager and leverage your skills to bring customer initiatives to life while keeping both the customer and Torani continuously informed. You stay organized, communicate clearly, and manage projects effectively, helping teams work together and deliver strong results. You are consistently aware of the KPIs that matter most, using data and customer insights to support strong planning, follow-through, and business decision-making to deliver results.
  • Business Developer: With an entrepreneurial mindset, enthusiasm, and courage, you are developing new valuable Foodservice Operator partnerships. You lead business agreements that create value and help achieve our brand, strategic, and profitability goals. You understand best practices, key business drivers, customer opportunities, competitive factors, and what differentiates Torani in the market, allowing you to identify opportunities that support long-term growth.
  • You Lead with Fun: You lead with heart and help others do the same. You make space for growth, care deeply about your team, and create a place where work feels good.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 years in Foodservice Chain Sales/Business Development with a deep understanding of the Food and Beverage industry
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective business-building strategies, including developing a pipeline of business
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams from ideation phase through execution
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence, network and build relationships.
  • Work Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Live within one hour of a major airport


Salary Range: $133,673 - $148,526
