Shipping and Receiving Clerk (part-time)

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring products move accurately and efficiently in and out of our fulfillment center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a collaborative, fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments (domestic and international)
• Receive and inspect incoming goods and ensure accurate system entry
• Process customer returns and coordinate with internal teams as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Perform periodic cycle counts and assist with inventory organization
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels
• Maintain and restock shipping supplies
• Support general warehouse and operations tasks as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Follow company processes and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

Required:

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred
• Experience working with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
