The Role
We're hiring a Merchant & Sales Support Specialist to be the person merchants and our sales team can count on. This isn't a role where you pass the buck or run when things get hard. It's a quarterback role—you own the problem and carry it all the way to resolution. You're responsible for the win.
You'll start hourly, full-time, in our Tampa office most days of the week. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a clear path to grow. The goal is for you to learn the ropes, master the playbook, and eventually move up into bigger roles—maybe even hiring and training your own replacement one day.
What You'll Do
- Take support calls and help merchants resolve issues with patience and a great attitude
- Quarterback problems from start to finish—own the resolution, don't just hand it off
- Support our sales team so they can keep selling
- Be a pleasant, steady presence that makes merchants and teammates feel taken care of
- Lighten the load for our Operations team, who currently wear a lot of hats
- Learn from a detailed playbook of real scenarios so you know how to handle what comes your way
- Work closely with the team to grow your skills and advance
