Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with merchants across an assigned territory. In this role, the representative identifies prospects, conducts outbound outreach, and schedules discovery meetings to understand payment needs and challenges. They deliver product demonstrations, present tailored payment solutions, and negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company guidelines. The representative collaborates closely with onboarding and relationship management teams to ensure smooth implementation and a positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, updating CRM records, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and staying current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and TopTapPay product updates.

- Familiarity with payment processing, POS systems, eCommerce integrations, or financial technology solutions.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with effective time management, self-motivation, and disciplined territory planning.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting, including pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different business sizes and industries.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments, preferably within payments or SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
