Platform Engineer

Key responsibilities
• Own solution architecture across Python services, Snowflake patterns, and AWS serverless integration.
• Set coding standards, review critical PRs, and guide performance, reliability, and cost decisions.
• Design/execute CI/CD Pipelines using cloud native and 3rd pary services on Cloud(AWS).
• Plan roadmaps & milestones; coordinate cross-team dependencies; mentor offshore engineers.
• Ensure security/compliance (secrets, IAM least privilege, PII handling, auditability).
Requirements
• 7 yrs; prior tech lead experience; Snowflake Python AWS serverless, strong stakeholder comms.
KPIs
• On-time delivery, SLO/SLA adherence, platform reliability, audit/compliance pass rate, team velocity.
