Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support a major Salesforce transformation program focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC), integrations, and CRM enhancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with digital technology teams to enhance platforms, streamline business processes, and support post-transaction migration across two organizations.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Design, customize, and develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce configuration tools
- Implement and integrate Salesforce solutions to support asset management and related business processes
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers
- Analyze asset management requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions
- Manage asset tracking, lifecycle workflows, and maintenance schedules in Salesforce
- Ensure accurate tracking of acquisition, depreciation, and disposal processes
- Configure features including fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for key asset management KPIs
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and 3rd-party applications
- Support data integrity, governance, and migration activities across systems
- Partner with asset managers, BA teams, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce customizations and integrations
- Provide ongoing application support, optimization, and enhancement
