What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Services Manager position at Topsider Homes?
Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designer and fabricator of high-end custom post and beam residential homes and commercial structures sold and shipped worldwide since 1968 seeks qualified individual for builder recruitment (domestically and abroad), technical coordination and liaison with clients and builders. This position does not involve travel.
Education
Must have hands-on construction and client mgt experience. Must be capable of recruiting and screening builders, plan take-offs and building logistics. Minimum of five (5) years in residential construction and/or project management. International experience and knowledge of coastal area building are a big plus.
Qualifications
Must be competent working with contractors and clients concerning the entire range of issues that relate to new construction. Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, Internet) required. Heavy builder email, text and phone contact. Must have good phone and written skills.
COMPENSATION: From $70k to start based on experience and qualifications.
BENEFITS: PPO health plan including dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation policy, etc.
RELOCATION: Yes.
