Experienced Bartender
Topshelf Pizza & Pub is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. We are a high-volume establishment offering an excellent income opportunity, including tip income, for a self-motivated professional.
Position Summary
The ideal Bartender will be able to function efficiently in a busy environment, demonstrating the independence and proficiency necessary to work with minimal supervision. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional beverage service and maintaining the quality standards of our bar program.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations
- Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including beer, wine, and spirits.
- Craft cocktail experience is a significant plus for this Bartender position.
- Manage a fast-paced station, handling multiple orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the bar area.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to all patrons.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Must have at least two years of experience bar tending.
- Work Style: Must be independent, self-motivated, and able to function in a busy environment with little supervision.
- Education: Open to applicants who have a high school diploma/GED or a college diploma.
Compensation & Logistics
