Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment (tractors) and systems to identify potential issues early.
- Diagnose technical/Mechanical/Electrical problems accurately using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality efficiently.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections thoroughly in our tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist in installing new equipment or upgrades, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical maintenance, repair, or related fields is preferred.
- Electrical Experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues quickly.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document work and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards.
- Relevant certifications or training in technical trades are a plus but not mandatory.
