Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, listen to equipment concerns, and document issues clearly and accurately.
- Work directly with shop technicians to schedule repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic work.
- Coordinate customer appointments, service timelines, and equipment deliveries/pickups.
- Communicate repair status updates, estimates, and expectations in a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain organized work orders, ensuring all labor, parts, and notes are properly recorded.
- Collaborate with the parts department to verify availability and support timely repairs.
- Assist with warranty documentation, including photos, serial numbers, and required forms.
- Support a clean, efficient, and customer‑focused service department environment.
