We are seeking a skilled Medical Emergency Management Specialist to support a high-visibility federal program focused on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) medical readiness and response. This role provides programmatic, advisory, and operational support to senior leadership and installation-level teams across a dynamic mission environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of a medical emergency management program
- Provide guidance on emergency response planning, policies, and procedures
- Review and assess contingency and response plans for completeness and compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple organizations and locations
- Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating training exercises and readiness activities
- Contribute to program reporting, data tracking, and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide subject matter support for working groups, meetings, and strategic initiatives
- Support budget planning and program resource alignment (as needed)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in emergency management, healthcare preparedness, or related field
- Familiarity with incident management frameworks (e.g., ICS/NIMS or similar)
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
