Topsarge Business Solutions is seeking an experienced facilities program manager in Latham, New York to support the Construction and Facilities Management Officer at the Joint Forces HQs of the NY Army National Guard. Primary duties are to provide Department of the Army (DA), Army National Guard Bureau (ARNG) with consistent information to determine facilities and other resource requirements at Army National Guard installations.
Program management functions of the position are to improve State data collection and reporting within ISR modules to NGB. Modules of the ISR are used to establish requirements, while others are to justify other program requirements.
Provide support in the conduct of coordination between the ARNG and the State for all ISR matters and to disseminate information, help train State ISR personnel, gather ISR data, and standardize and systematize ISR procedures throughout the State.
Primary Duties:
- Facilitate and assist ARNG directorates and training sites in conducting facility Infrastructure inspections and reporting services data, pacing measure, full-time equivalents (FTEs) and resources.
- Serve as liaison so that state staff can be alerted to data issues potentially affecting dollars and program support.
- Apply ISR information into useful products and services that support other programs such as Army Communities of Excellence and Command/Organizational Inspection Programs.
- Serves as primary POC for NGB for ISR data; serve as the subject matter expert on ISR programs and reports.
- Have an understanding and working knowledge of each database of record to the extent of being capable of reviewing data for consistency and completeness and correcting information when necessary, including, but not limited to the following: ISR module, top loads and feeder systems that provide data to ISR such as IT metrics, PRIDE, ASIP and RPLANS.
- Processes, Procedures and Protocols for Managing ISR Information.

Salary : $65,000 - $68,000
