What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full time Customer Service/Retail Sales associate position at Tops Shoes?
Friendly, dependable, helpful people who want to stay with a family owned business. Many of our employees have been with us for years. Will train product knowledge, can't train friendliness. Must be able to stand, bend and carry up to 25lbs for 8 hours per day. We are not just a shoe store! We are hands on with each customer, which includes scanning, and measuring their feet, and properly fitting their feet to the shoe(s).
This position is extreme customer service and requires a lot of learning about feet, foot issues and product knowledge.
Store Hours are 9am-6:30pm. Open Monday thru Saturday. Your best ability is your reliability and dependability. Saturdays are a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
