What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Forklift Operator position at TOPRE AMERICA CORPORATION?
Forklift Operator is Responsible for the movement of finished goods on the production floor; stock production lines with components; remove empty containers from production lines; additional cross-functional responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
· Available to work Night Shift (Mon-Thu, 6pm-6:30am)
· Two (1) or more years forklift operating experience in a fast-paced warehouse for production or manufacturing / assembly environment.
· Good communication skills
· Detail oriented (ability to verify labels, part numbers, etc.)
· Capable of producing reliable work with the highest ethics
· Capable of reporting proper information to supervisors/management team in a timely manner
· Understand and follow safety procedures.
· Self-motivated, work independently and manage time.
· Cooperate with team members and promote teamwork.
· Must pass written and floor forklift driving test
· No major safety incidents.
· Available to work Overtime as needed.
