As a Closing Pizza Maker /Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team during dinner rush and late-night business, ensuring every customer receives hot, fresh, accurate orders — whether carryout or delivery. You’ll set the tone for the shift, keep the energy high, and make sure we finish the night strong. From coaching team members and managing ticket times to handling customer concerns and completing nightly closing procedures, you are the leader on duty. You’ll work side-by-side with your team — making pizzas, cutting and boxing orders, managing online tickets, cleaning, stocking, and ensuring the store is fully prepared for the next day. If you enjoy being hands-on while also being the person others rely on, this role is for you.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
• Lead and motivate team members during high-volume dinner and late-night shifts
• Ensure fast, accurate order execution and top-tier food quality
• Manage labor, ticket times, and shift flow
• Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Uphold Toppers standards in food safety, cleanliness, and service
Closing Responsibilities
• Complete full nightly close procedures
• Count and verify inventory and cash drawers
• Ensure proper food storage and prep for the next day
• Deep clean kitchen and front areas
• Secure the building at the end of shift
• Must be available to work late nights (often as late as 3–4AM on weekends)
