What You’ll Do
As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations during our busiest hours and through the end of each shift. Key duties include:
Supervising team members and delegating tasks during peak rush periods
Maintaining a high level of customer service and resolving issues quickly
Ensuring all closing procedures are completed accurately and on time
Verifying cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day paperwork
Overseeing store cleanliness, food safety, and prep levels
Supporting team members and keeping morale high during busy late-night hours
Making sure all safety and security standards are followed at close
Requirements/Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable transportation and consistent late-night availability (up to 4 AM)
Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred but not required
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
