About the Role:

What You’ll Do:
- Master Your Craft:
- Create flawless welds in line with drawings and specs.
- Set up and operate top-notch welding machines, ensuring every weld meets WPS requirements.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect your work like a hawk—ensuring every weld adheres to our high standards.
- Perfect the finish by de-burring and grinding to achieve that ideal surface texture.
- Maintain & Innovate:
- Monitor equipment, suggest maintenance, and even tackle simple repairs.
- Operate precision measuring tools (squares, protractors, tape measures) like a pro.
- Safety & Team Spirit:
- Embrace personal and company safety protocols with the required PPE.
- Collaborate with a team that values communication and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Proven Prowess:
- Must pass a fit and welding test on aluminum
- 2 years of experience welding aluminum – bring those battle scars with pride!
- Technical Savvy:
- A strong knack for reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with cutting techniques, including oxy-fuel and plasma.
- Physical & Communication Skills:
- Capable of bending, lifting, and pushing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to keep the team in sync.

- One dynamic location (no remote work) where every shift is a chance to shine.
- Come prepared to take a weld test upon interview
