What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect and pack bags from assigned machines to ensure products meet order specifications and quality standards
- Operate bag machines safely and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and regulatory compliance requirements
- Review production orders for accuracy and proper setup
- Verify sealers are properly closed and functioning
- Monitor strip rolls for proper placement
- Record start counts and production data accurately
- Work closely with Set-Up team members to confirm order accuracy and machine readiness
- Perform minor machine adjustments (eye positioning, wicket pins, lip/print alignment)
- Conduct regular quality checks and complete required documentation
- Build and label boxes with correct counts, machine numbers, and order details
- Seal and move completed boxes according to order instructions
- Complete end-of-order documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate key information during shift transitions
- Assist with physical inventory counts as needed
- You have experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
