How you'll contribute:
- Lead and Inspire a High-Impact Team
- Build, coach, and scale a team of VSMs to deliver consultative, data-driven vendor engagement.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the team, aligning efforts with business goals and vendor success metrics.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of Salesforce and other business systems for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Drive Vendor Success and Revenue Protection
- Leverage data to monitor and improve vendor performance across key metrics (e.g., transaction volume, premium feature adoption, payer relationships).
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance vendor value realization and reduce churn.
- Implement scalable outreach initiatives that position the VSM team as trusted advisors.
- Collaborate Across the Business
- Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, resolve issues, and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Advocate for vendor needs across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Enhance the Vendor Enrollment experience to increase premium service adoption and reduce rescinds.
- Serve as a communication bridge between vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals, feedback, and product enhancements.
- 3 years of experience managing high-performing teams.
- 10 years in customer success, account management, or sales—preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or Payments.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, optimize processes, and inspire teams.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
