Pay: $16/hour to start, based on reliability and work ethic
Raises: Performance-based raises available within 60 days

Responsibilities: - Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and properties - Remove and install mulch - Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal arrangements - Prune shrubs and trees - Set stones, borders, and assist with hardscaping projects - Keep job sites clean and professional - Follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
