The Role
The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in managing financial records, processing vendor invoices and customer payments, maintaining accurate account balances, and supporting general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail work, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process vendor invoices and reconcile statements
· Prepare and process customer billing and apply payments
· Enter and categorize company credit card transactions and receipts
· Verify staff time entries prior to payroll processing
· Maintain accurate digital and paper financial records
· Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team members
· Assist with general office duties and daily administrative tasks

· Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred
· Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
· Comfortable learning new computer software (training provided)
