BAE CV2 ISSO Customer Support System Admin

Tope is seeking a 26 Sep 16 - BAE CV2 ISSO System Admin to support the AF Strategic Program Information Services team in support of the Sentinel Information Services (IS) team. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

•    Resolve technical problems in a help desk environment

•    Work with internal and external users and organizations to support customer user-level requirements, including resolving end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies

•    Resolve access requests for user accounts and other desktop support functions

•    Use automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy

•    Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation for users

•    Perform other duties as assigned

Position requires a current Security Certification, fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance and at least 3 years’ experience and a BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics:

·      Experience providing desktop or system help or service desk to multiple users using a ticket tracking system.

·      Experience with Cybersecurity methodologies, tools, and systems

·      Experience identifying cyber vulnerabilities and developing mitigation plans

·      Experience or knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, system components, system protocols, COTS technology, and software development

·      Technical knowledge of systems, networks, and application security, as well as a solid understanding of enterprise-level security frameworks, policies, processes, and standards

·      Ability to work across teams and in a cross-functional environment

·      Quickly comprehending technology and understanding unique system requirements.

Other skills desired are:

·         Understanding of the DoD environment and familiarity with the DoD Acquisition System

·         Ability to build bridges across organizational boundaries, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical leaders across large complex organizations.
