- Dozers
- Motor Graders
- Excavators

- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, hydraulic, and electronic systems to improve machine accuracy and performance
- Research and diagnose technical issues to identify effective solutions
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sale technical support for customers and sales teams via:
- On-site visits
- Phone
- Remote support tools
- Represent the company professionally at customer job sites and build long-term relationships
- Work outdoors in varied conditions: rain, heat, and cold are part of the job
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Comfort troubleshooting electro‑mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Quick learner who enjoys mastering new technology
- Intermediate computer skills (software navigation, diagnostics, documentation)
- Physically capable of:
- Climbing onto large equipment
- Lifting up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to travel as needed (travel fluctuates based on business demands)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or trade school preferred
- Field experience or prior work with:
- Heavy equipment
- Construction machinery
- Automotive, diesel, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Experience with machine control installations is a plus. but not required
- Willingness and aptitude to learn heavy equipment operation and advanced technology
