Topcon Healthcare is looking to offer an internship program from June 1, 2026, until August 14, 2026. This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. The hours for this program are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Come join the Topcon Healthcare team to help build real-world skills and knowledge to influence your education and career path.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operation Excellence team as a Process Documentation Intern (SOP & Work Instructions). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of Operation while working closely with our experienced Operation professionals. We are committed to providing real work opportunities for intern candidates through hands on experience and a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Process Mapping

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating SOPs, Work Instructions, and process flow documents
• Translate complex processes into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
• Create process flowcharts, checklists, and visual aids where applicable
  
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Service
• Conduct interviews and walkthroughs to understand day-to-day workflows
• Ensure documentation aligns with actual practices and business needs
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Power Point)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
