Duties
- Safely operate farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools to apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides with precision.

- Prepare application areas by setting up equipment and calibrating spray systems for accurate delivery.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials between job sites efficiently.
- Assist with land preparation tasks such as grading, leveling, or clearing using appropriate machinery.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during application processes.
- Maintain detailed records of applications performed, including quantities used and locations covered for reporting purposes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including fertilizer application, pest control, lawn care, and landscaping techniques.
- Experience operating farm machinery such as sprayers, spreaders, tractors, or similar equipment.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for maintenance and setup tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between sites.
- Ability to read technical manuals and calibration instructions accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise application and adherence to safety standards.
- Good physical stamina for operating equipment outdoors in various weather conditions.
