The Office Manager/Bookkeeper plays a critical role in overseeing office administration and managing the financial and operational functions for a large team of 16 or more members. This position involves handling confidential financial information, coordinating with vendors and customers on a weekly basis, and ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting to support smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration tasks to maintain efficient daily operations
  • Perform bookkeeping duties including invoicing, receipts, and managing payroll records
  • Oversee scheduling and payroll management for the team
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and track budgets
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers regularly to ensure timely communication
  • Manage inventory and control expenses
  • Maintain accurate records including contracts, agreements, and general correspondence
  • Provide customer support and handle data entry tasks as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

 

Salary : $60,000 - $79,999
