Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patient needs are being met, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members
- Monitor and coordinate patient care to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous growth and improvement of patient care
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee
