Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a Commercial Electrical Contractor based in San Francisco, CA.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale commercial electrical projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
- Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and billing
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal field teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and scope
- Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project controls
- Accubid experience is a plus
- OSHPD (healthcare) project experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 , based on experience
