Topa Group, Inc. is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Commercial AV Integrator seeking an experienced AV sales professional to drive new business and expand existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new AV system sales
- Develop and maintain commercial client relationships
- Use a consultative approach to assess client needs
- Partner with internal AV design and engineering teams on solutions and pricing
- Present and negotiate AV proposals
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience selling commercial AV and/or VTC solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CTS certification a plus (training support available)
