We're rapidly expanding into new industries and seeking several Agency Recruiters to join our team in Camarillo, CA. What You’ll Do
- Source, identify, and attract top talent within construction, manufacturing, and new industries
- Manage your own recruitment pipeline from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Develop a deep understanding of industry needs and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets and growth
