Topa Group, Inc. is partnered up with a Fire Alarm Integrator seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager.

- Manage all phases of fire alarm projects, including design, submittals, procurement, installation, testing, and closeout.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) for inspections, permits, and approvals.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to confirm accuracy and compliance with NFPA, state, and local codes.
- Work closely with field supervisors and technicians to ensure quality installation and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage material procurement and coordinate deliveries to meet project timelines.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.
- 5 years of experience in fire alarm project management or related role within the fire protection industry.
- Strong understanding of NFPA 72, local building/fire codes, and fire alarm system design principles.
- Experience with major manufacturers such as Notifier, Siemens, EST, Gamewell, or FCI preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar).
- NICET Level II or higher certification in Fire Alarm Systems preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
